The Sons of Anarchy<\/strong>, \u00e8 un progetto che nasce con il nome di Silverplated nel 2003 ad Agropoli (SA)come side project di Raffaele Benevento <\/strong>e Andrea Perillo<\/strong>, entrambi motore della sezione ritmica degli …A Toys Orchestra<\/strong> rispettivamente al basso e alla batteria.
\nLa band in origine era formata da Raffaele Benevento alla voce e alla chitarra, Nicola Sabia al basso e Andrea Perillo, alla sua prima esperienza dietro la batteria.Nel 2004 vincono il festival Suoni in Liberta’ World Music ad Eboli (SA), tenendo in seguito diversi concerti in giro per l’Italia. \u2028Successivamente,in concomitanza con l’entrata in pianta stabile di Andrea come batterista negli A Toys Orchestra, il progetto viene messo in stand by per essere riattivato 10 anni dopo sotto la nuova egida \u201cThe Sons Of Anarchy\u201d<\/strong>, nome che vorrebbe riflettere l’idea primordiale del principio di liberta,innato nell\u2019essere e nella natura umana.
\nSotto la sigla \u201cI figli dell’anarchia\u201d infatti non c’\u00e8 alcun intento politico;i testi dell’EP \u201cLet Me Fall Apart\u201d<\/strong>, non hanno specifici connotati ideologici,ma trattano dell’amore,dei sentimenti umani in tutte le loro espressioni e sfaccettature,fino al disagio esistenziale del dover far parte di una societa’ dove la parola “Anarchia” viene vista solo come sinonimo di violenza e sovversione.
\nIn fondo siamo tutti figli dell’anarchia,nati tutti liberi per poi essere imprigionati nel concetto di societa’ con le sue regole,giuste o sbagliate.
\nLo stimolo piu’ grande che sta alla base di queste canzoni \u00e8 stato quello di cercare di trasmettere la voglia di liberta’ mentre tutto intorno a noi sta collassando;l’unica cosa che ci rimane \u00e8 l’anarchia intesa come liberta’ di scegliere cosa fare della propria vita,dei propri desideri,dei propri sogni.Svegliarsi per fare in modo che i sogni diventino realt\u00e0.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
